Payment Policy

Hostflex.com offers shared hosting and VPS hosting plans. This document explicitly states our policy concerning payment, charge backs and payment disputes.

Payment Methods

* Visa/MasterCard
We accept all Valid Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You must have the card present to use it, you can only pay with your credit card if you have the Card Verification Number on the back of your card and enter it at the time of payment checkout. 

* American Express
We accept all Valid American Express credit cards. You must have the card present to use it, you can only pay with your credit card if you have the Card Verification Number on the front of your card and enter it at the time of payment checkout. 


Payment Policy

As consideration for the Service(s), you agree to pay Hostflex.com the applicable Service(s) fees set forth on our Web site at the time you request the Service from Hostflex.com. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly noted in one or more of the below sections. We reserve the right NOT to accept payment by check or cash. Each domain name registration is for a one-year initial term, or such longer term as you may order or as may be required by a particular registry administrator, and is renewable thereafter for successive one to ten-year terms, as set forth during the renewal process. Other Hostflex.com Services are usually for one-year or one-month initial terms, or as otherwise specified during the ordering process, and are renewable thereafter for such terms as are specified during the renewal process.

Any renewal of your Services with us is subject to our then-current terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, payment of all applicable Service fees at the time of renewal and, in the case of renewal of a domain name registration, the registry administrator's acceptance of such renewal. Except with respect to Services to which you subscribe on a monthly basis, we will attempt to provide you a renewal reminder prior to the renewal of your Services at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the renewal date. In the case of domain name registrations, Hostflex.com will attempt to send this reminder by email to the administrative contact on file for the domain name registration. Additional payment terms apply to certain Hostflex.com Services, as set forth in this Agreement.

You agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes related to the Service(s) provided to you hereunder. All payments of fees for the Service(s) provided by Hostflex.com shall be made in U.S. dollars. All sums due and payable that remain unpaid after any applicable cure period herein will accrue interest as a late charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.

In the event of a charge back by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) or other non-payment by you in connection with your payment of the applicable service or renewal fee, you acknowledge and agree that the Service for which such fee has not been paid may be suspended, canceled or terminated, in Hostflex.com's sole discretion, or, in the case of a domain name, transferred to Hostflex.com as the entity that has paid the applicable fee to the registry. In addition, we reserve all rights regarding such domain name registration including, without limitation, the right to make the domain name registration available to other parties for purchase. We will reinstate any such Service solely at our discretion, and subject to our receipt of the applicable Service or renewal fee and our then-current reinstatement fee.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EVEN IF YOUR SERVICE IS SUSPENDED, CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT SERVICE TERM. Hostflex.com reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent necessary, it is your responsibility to: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary for you to establish a connection to the Internet; and (2) provide for your own connection to the Internet and pay any telephone service fees associated with such connection.

Privacy Policy

This statement discloses the privacy practices for the entire website.

Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else. We won?t knowingly allow anyone under 13 to register with our site or to access those features that require registration.

Because this site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed.

The information gathered by HostFlex (1) information supplied by visitors to the site and (2) Information relative to registering domain names, and using HostFlex products and services.

1. To help us tailor our site to the needs and interests of our visitors, we keep track of the pages visited by our users by placing a small entry in text file, called a cookie, on your hard drive. The cookie contains an ID number that allows us to track the pages you've visited. We aggregate this data with data on the pages visited by other users to track overall visitor traffic patterns. We use this information to improve our site by making it more responsive to the needs of our users. We also use cookies to make sure you don't see that same ad repeatedly when you visit our site. Cookies don't reveal personal information; the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. Cookies can't read data off your hard disk.

Our webserver automatically collects some information about you when you request pages from our server, including your IP address. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. This information does not identify you personally.

Any information gathered from this site is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with ANY outside parties or interest ever. This may include information about your account, payment or server information etc. The only exception to this statement is when a federal or legal subpoenas is formally served and at that point we will fully cooperate with the issuing governing authority.
